At the beginning of this blog we posted Ashoka's definition of Social Entrepreneurship. We also already posted the mission, vision and strategy Meshtalk has and this is all about Internet Social Entrepreneurship.
During my study of psychology I asked myself a simple question: can a person with the knowledge of just psychology make a sigificant impact on quality of life of other person. My answer was: NO! With this I did not say that psychology has no value. By my observation it was necessary for me to start studying also other methods and approaches to help people. Combination of all these methods together can bring much more results as using just a psychology.
My first aspect was that on our lives has not influence for example just genetics and environment but there is always also influence of basic vibrations, quantum and subquantum reality. Result of this was my additional personal study of numerology, althernative medicine and spirituality.
During study of Einstein relative theory and during study of quantum reality and influence of this on our lives another question emerged. It was very simple, very straightforward question, question that needed immediate attention. I knew for myself, that at this time I knew quite a lot already. But how can I this abstract knowledge bring to a person who works on low paid working place or to a person who is unemployed. I understood all dynamics but result of this were also NO changes in quality of my life. It was just some abstract knowledge.
I needed to find the way how each person (person who is in the beginning and does not have any start capital) - also me, would have possibility that with learning and work can start immediatelly changing quality of his / her life. I also knew that for someone like me (phisically handicapped person - accident 33 years ago) is much harder to get a job just because of perception of employers. This is just a reality.
The answer came right to me when I asked myself this question. Despite of that this answer was in front of me already a few years, but I did not took the attention on this. This field was not and is not perfect, but it is the way anyone can start.
The answer was direct and network marketing. When I started to work in this field in 1994 I knew that it must be developed further to offer more to the people. But there were the basics. Anyone can start to work immediatelly on this field.
My first work was in the insurance field, my second was the pioneer company of this field: Amway corp. ... I knew from the beginning that if I want to promote a product, I have to know a lot about it and use it. Well ok ... but back in 1994 it was in Slovenia not possible that an already handicapped person get life insurance policy ... but despite of that I made results ...
Direct marketing was a field, where everyone can start immediatelly to learn and work. Person does not need a big starting capital. But for the development of the business a person needs to learn and work and during this process h / she needs to have constant other income source. Because everyone needs time to develop business - success does not come over night.
I always liked to work in network marketing and during 10 years when I did not have significant financial success in the area, I worked on development of new concept.
Concept of Internet Social Entrepreneurship was born
After concluding my study of psychology in 1999 I started to use in 2001 internet more and more. During my study and research on the internet I found also topics of Social Entrepreneurship. I realized that my work of finding other possibilities for people, for giving them new ways - new chances to improve their lives can be also a part of Social Entrepreneurship.
With this I knew that I am not alone. Many people in the World try to find new ways to improve quality of lives of other people. They use different approaches to reach this, but basic mission, vision and intention are the same.
So, my work from that point forward was to develop Internet Social Entrepreneurship, where people can start using internet as a basic source of their income. Why?
According to the knowledge I had till that time as just a user of internet, I knew that if I combine internet products and services with direct and network marketing, where I am a specialist, I can build Internet Social Entrepreneurship systems, where with the use of internet people can make positive changes on the quality of their lives.
And of course, as there is stated in spiritual laws, the same idea I had was already developing on different parts of the World. People around the World already tried to use and develop internet in the direction that it can be a source of income for all the people, so also for those who do not personally know the programming or how to build websites. Internet developed towards more and more user friendly application and we were in process of moving from informational era to post - informational.
But many people did not have and do not have appropriate information. Many people do not want to learn new things.
With Internet Social Entrepreneurship everyone who have a personal computer or access to public computer in libraries or e-caffee's should have possibility to start to earn online with no or with minimal costs. By having access to have and to promote internet - virtual products also by no knowledge about internet programming or setting up own website should everyone have possibility to start to learn and work and earn online immediatelly.
When this idea emerged I was personally without any money and also with no knowledge how to build my own website. I just new I will find the ways. But I knew more than enough in 2004 that if I find a person who know how to set up websites I needed for the project, the project can be successful. I also knew that I have to personally test everything - complete process and not just part of the process - just as a user of some website.
First test of this was in 2005 when I setted up successfully internet binary network marketing support for a network marketing company. Here an internet based network marketing company was marketing coupons - vouchers for the biggest markets in Slovenia.
But before this - in the beginning of 2005 through my work in other network marketing company I found a person who was willing to learn internet programming, so that can be later responsible for this part. And after a year and half it was so far.
In October 2006, 12 years after my beginning of the field it was possible for me to use the most possible social oriented concept in network marketing to build a company for offering internet - virtual products and in the same time testing Internet Social Entrepreneurship concept. First product was duplicative website with e-book - manual how to succeed online and infomation that this company will develop other tools to help people to success. And it worked. Response from people I knew before from my network marketing activities was very good. When I explained the concept, everyone joined. First product - duplicative website with manual for $5 was sold to first few people and organization started to develop. My investment in the project was less than 100 EUR. And it was time to start developing new tools which will start bringing the promisses from the manual: so, if the person is willing to learn and work online, he / she can also earn.
With this forst test was concluded. Internet Social Entrepreneurship can bring enough earning to people if they are prepared to learn and work and in the same time if a business is based on solid basis.
The next step to take was to develop and / or find online possibilities to:
- enable people chances to start profiting online also FREE - without any need to buy something first, they can start to earn if they learn and work online specific tasks;
- to give people several different online marketing tools they can use to easier make connections online with other like-minded people and with possible customers.In the same time they need to have additional tools to promote their products / services or affiliate links.
And result of this is the work Meshtalk. Meshtalk develops tools and in the same time gives information about other good tools online everybody can use to improve quality of their lives.
Everything was developing few years and is still in constant development and changes as everything in our lives.
